My Primary is a Master Beekeeper, and I get mine from him, he carries single tubes the honey, that are perfect for a Diabetic to carry for a sudden BS drop. You can taste the difference.
Seems the 'wheat shortage' has flour makers using the wrong kinds of wheat.
I ran low on All Purpose Flour, so I bought King Arthur, which I buy for Yeast bread making. Big mistake. 100% Hard RED Winter Wheat, the gluten content was higher than the 8% of 100% Soft Winter Wheat. My Baking Powder was fresh. Flat biscuits. Lilly White had the same Hard Red Winter wheat label, but no other brands had a word on the type of wheat. Martha White even had the wrong Fat-content recipe. Not that I need one, been making them too long. Breads are picky about flours.

Whereas those who were interested in being the best, putting in the work and education, grew in position and wages. My Hub graduated from a Vo-Tech HS in 1960 and could wire a house to NY code. When he took his Navy entrance exams, he Aced them and was guaranteed A/B School for Electronics. Retired as a SCPO. Used his GI Bill for a teaching degree. Taught 20 years at a Jr. Tech College, retired as the Dept. Chair in 2003. Still taught Ham Radio Math Extra classes via Zoom during the lockdown. He's 83 now.
