Mother Gaia Gone Wild, is another one of your great informative treatises. I will never be the caliber of the writer of great Wordsmiths like you, Krauthammer, or Walter E. Williams.

And that comment on the Marcarthism on communism in Hollyweird was well meant, didn't understand the story very well other than mobsters ran the waterfront, but found the comments more interesting about the communism in Hollyweird more interesting. Many misunderstood McCarthy. They just got worse. I'd bet many Vietnam Vets wonder why Fonda was not tried for Treason. We just understood she was a Traitor, who went unpunished.

My pleasure reading runs more toward EMP books these days with the Grid collapse. I bet you could write one better.

The Move Back to $5 Gas

The price for a gallon of regular gas nationwide reached $5 in June. Not adjusted for inflation, this was the highest price in history. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had cut the global supply of crude. In turn, oil jumped well above $100 a barrel. While the global supply of oil has loosened somewhat since then, […]

Latest US inflation data raises questions about Fed’s interest rate hikes

A fresh round of US inflation data released last week showed persistently high prices, raising more questions about whether the Federal Reserve’s interest rate hikes are missing what many economists contend are the real inflationary culprits: corporate pricing, energy costs and supply chain disruptions.

Inflation Data: Prices Continue to Rise with Food Costs Soaring

https://headlineusa.com/inflation-data-prices-continue-to-rise-with-food-costs-soaring/

So at $5.25 diesel and $4 DEF just fuel is about 90 cents a mile at 7 GPM. Add 50 cents per mile for the driver and you're at $1.40 per mile. If they're paying $1.90 per mile, that's not worth the cost of the rig, tires, insurance, and maintenance. Note that 50 cents per mile for the driver is only $20 per hour at the average haul speed of 40 mph. Add in training, Harassment license, licenses, and fines, Each state has different requirements. It all adds up. https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/truckload-market-loosens-again-tender-rejections-touch-new-low

As the causes of US inflation grow, so do the dangers

Guy likes the word Skyrocket a little too much, we slithered out of the Plandemic, and sections of the country were still in lockdowns. People are brand loyal between Pepsi (ugh too sweet) and Coke, not that I've had one in a decade. 10 companies produce our food products, now we see brands we only saw on TV cooking shows. Which may have been common in large cities, not in small towns. Not all of us travel much, it was once a dream, but age and health changed that. We spend Out of Pocket.

Glasses, hearing aids, and dentures. and you have to factor in batteries, and adhesives, for the latter two. The same goes for Diabetic test strips, needles, and monitors. Then you reach the age you need a driver as vision, and hearing get worse. Getting old is not fun, it is downright inconvenient. What you once did for yourself, you now have to hire someone to do it.

We simply can't pick up and move. We traded a 3,800sq. ft. house for a starter single floor 3 bedroom house in what once was a safer county. 1, to escape high taxes, 2 but most importantly to escape HIGH CRIME, when an older couple one block over out walking their dog, the man was murdered. As the mother of a Murdered child, it was more than I could mentally cope with. I still feel unsafe going into Memphis which is now in the single digits of Crime Stats.

But has the overall story correct? One soda is an addition for many, they continued drinking it even during the high prices of the Plandemic, Pepsi vs Coke has always been regional. We learned from WW2 to accept chemical margarine over butter, which is about the same price now. I'll take the real thing butter. Only those with higher incomes can afford a newer, in good shape used car, Take a Trip, Disney just raised ticket prices. Why is not understandable as their WOKE garbage has turned many customers away? Ride breakdowns are a part of doing business. Airfare just went up 55%. Trains are on strike. Gas is too expensive, as are motel rooms, with less service. Even haircuts are a few dollars higher if they survived the Plandemic. Many are catching up on past due medical. Paying off medical bills not covered. Insurance companies reported a 40% increase in non-Covid deaths, due to lack of medical care. And as Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare (retired Military healthcare are gutted) there will be more expenses Out of Pocket, look for older meds to go to OTC. While newer more expensive ones are covered under insurance. So Pharma continues to get richer. There is no way the purposed SS increase will keep up unless you were in the upper tier bracket, and had pensions. Many had low-income wages for the quarters required. Rent and utilities eat most of that up.

You misunderstood my remark, I plainly said IF THIS WERE TRUMPS ADMINISTRATION, I'D BE WRITING JUST THE SAME WAY. I don't have a Twitter account. That Mean Tweet is a Democrat saying. The wish for returning to a $1.79 gas was a reminder of that time. Gas was 75 cents when I learned to drive. But $1.79 sure beats $4-7 dollar gas, higher if you are a trucker, which is less refined. In fact, I miss a lot of personal items we used and no longer are available. I do our grocery shopping, I find less edible fresh unprocessed, no dyes, no GMO, food I can eat as a Gastro patient.

On the Great Reset, NWO you nailed that. I've read Robert Yoho's Butcherd by Healthcare, pharma, and government, not that I didn't already distrust all of them. And my friend Fredrick R Smith is a great wordsmith in history. Wonder what he'd write on the movie we watched last night, On the Water Front with Brando in it, the announcer was quite clear when he talked about the Communist Holywierd. Why weren't they stripped of citizenship? Blacklisting was too mild.

Why wasn't Hanoi Jane imprisoned for Treason? Just because she was a Fonda?

And no President is perfect some just better than others, I'm not a Bush lover, #2 just had more Moxy. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. The Romans CRUCIFIED THE ONLY PERFECT MAN, JESUS CHRIST.
