Birthright Citizenship: A Fundamental Misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment doesn’t say that all persons born in the U.S. are citizens.

The First Amendment the Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly, and Petition. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Nowhere does it state Religion or speech can be censored, or trampled on, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; As to the right of the People to Assemble and Petition congress can’t be denied. or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. It is NOT limited to the Federal government, it applies to county, city or State governments. As to the Press it the MSM has forgotten that meanbs Conservative press with opposing views. The Second Amendment is short. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

The Founders were the original Militia along with those who ought with them. Citizen Malitias existed long before the thought of a National Guard.

The Third Amendment addresses the ability to quarter Troops in your home, as the British were doing. Does this not apply to Blue State who have suggested you bring Illegal Aliens into your home to house and feed? I think it does.

The 4th Amendment Search and Seisure. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall NOT be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. 5th Amendment most know it by “PLEADING THE 5TH’ to avoid imcriminating themselves. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The 6th Amendment, The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, such as the right to a public trial, a lawyer, an impartial jury, and to know the charges and evidence against them. The issue here is President Trump and his leagl team were under GAG ORDERS, NOT GIVEN ALL EVIDENCE. OR AN IMPARTIAL TRIAL. A HAND PICKED JURY, JUDGE, AG IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL.

The 10th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified on December 15, 1791. It makes clear that any powers that are NOT specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large. IT gives each state the Right to enact their own State Laws. That are held to supercede Federal dictats. It out weighs Most Federal laws.

No amendment is of more practical importance than our Tenth Amendment for protecting what remains of our liberty and recovering the huge percentage of liberty that previous generations, and we ourselves, have surrendered to the Federal Leviathan.

For our federal system was and still is a system of separation of powers with checks and balances between our national/central government and our states governments. Our state governments have powers which can be used against central government usurpations. And our state and local government officials, not to mention our state's citizens, have means of influencing the officials of our national government to obey the oaths of office which all our elected and appointed officials take to uphold our Constitution. It is encouraging to see that more and more of our elected officials, particularly at the state level, are realizing the importance of our Tenth Amendment to the proper functioning of state government and its function as the gateway to the preservation of our liberty.
